I have a user who has had a job title change (I.e., Director to COO). When
in Outlook 2003 and he types his name, a Smart Tag appears that if he hits
enter his name, title, address (I.e., signature) insert themselves. Issue is
that the information contains his old title not his new one.
He has revised his signature information in Word and Outlook Options and
when beginning a new or responding to an e-mail, the signature is correct. I
have revised his title in Active Directory. We placed his name and title in
User Information in Word.
The Smart Tag in Outlook still wants to pull the old information. Where is
it getting this information from? How do I change it?
We have Windows 2003 Server, Exchange 2003, and Office 2003.
Thanks!
