where do you find the "forms" template in visio 2003

I have at school visio2002 and the forms template is in the same group as
"forms and charts> charts and graphs, forms, marketing charts and diagrams".
I got he visio 2003 version and the "forms" template is gone I only have a
group called Chrts and Graphs > charts and graphs, marketing charts and
diagrams"
How do i find the forms?

Don't think there's a template anymore. But you can find most of those
shapes in the Annotations stencil, located under the stencil directory:
Visio Extras
