Where does code go?

Nolene Sherman

I got some code that will allow me to to a find and
replace for text in all documents in a folder
(http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MacrosVBA/BatchFR.htm)

I'm just not sure where to put this code. Do I just open
the VB Editor and paste it in? Do I choose General or
Document? Are there any other settings that need to be
changes?

It says it needs to be stored in a global template. Rather
than using my Normal.dot, I'd like to create a template
that I could use to build all the forms that I'm going to
put in this folder (which will later need to be updated
via the find and replace). Do I just open Normal.dot and
do a Save As, then add the code to that?

I don't know how to install them and put them to use" at:
