Where does Office 2003 get its colors?

With a default Windows XP installation Office 2003 uses a
blue background, when you swith the appearance of XP to
Windows Classic, the Office 2003 background goes grey, if
you choose the Olive theme, office 2003 goes Olive. My
problem is that I can't find where Office 2003 is getting
those colors. They don't appear to be any of the System
Colors. Anyone have any idea?
