Where does Outlook 2003 look for .IAF files when importing?

Hi all:

I'm trying to import someone's .IAF account files into Outlook 2003.
The program does not give me a chance to browse when I try to import.
It simply announces that there are no account files to be found.

In which folder is it expecting to find the .IAF files to import?
