Where find BCM updates?

George

I'm using Outlook2003w/BCM. I wondered...

1) have there been *any* "updates" to BCM specifically,

2) would they be found (in the past, or in the future) by going into Outlook
and clicking the regular MS Outlook "check for updates" web site,

Thanks,
George

1) Yes.

2) Yes, that will connect you to the Office web site. I don't know if the
BCM update will be automatically detected, but if it's not, you can browse
for it.

Thanks Sue,

a) When I do a "check for updates", would the checker detect that I have BCM
installed along with Outlook2003, and sort of "automatically" include any
BCM updates when I install whatever comes up after "check for updates"?

b) As far as I can tell, it looks like there are only two updates that
reference BCM at all, one's a service pack and the other a security update,
both at:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/CD010798691033.aspx
Is that it? Seems like BCM has lots of bugs and there would be many more
updates. (At this web page, there are some specific-to-BCM "add-in's" of
course, but these are more Mickey Mouse things (SMS, video) as opposed to
performance corrections and/or improvements.)

c) I can't find anywhere on this PC (using "Show already installed Office
Updates"), any reference to any update that is BCM-specific. However, in
Help > About... it shows... MS Office Outlook 2003 w/BCM SP-1....
Version 1.00.2002.08. Is this the *latest* version with *all* updates,
meaning somewhere the updates were swept in while updating Outlook2003?

Thanks again,
George

a) I think I said earlier that I don't know whether the detection process
will show BCM updates (I rather doubt it) but that you should try it and
see.

b) Those are the only updates to date.

c) I haven't tracked BCM versions. Why not try installing the updates in
(b) and then compare?
