Actually, press your F1 key located next to the remainder of your function
keys. Typing F1 on a blank publisher document will get you a blank text box
with F1 added to it :)

Oh well, you knew what I meant... Actually if you scroll down to See Also, Online
Content Settings, disable Search online content, the regular help comes up, this is
not often known to folks.

a) Please turn caps lock off. All caps is read as shouting and is
considered rude and difficult to read.
b) Manuel is a person's name. A manual is a guidebook or similar.
c) There is no manual included with Publisher 2003. There are training
books available, or alternatively most of the advice in the manuals for
older versions of Publisher (often available on eBay) is applicable in
Publisher 2003.
d) This is the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for stuff you probably
don't understand. The main microsoft.public.publisher newsgroup is for what
you're interested in.
