Where in Registry is the Desktop Alerts Setting?

Hello,
I want to be able to adjust the Desktop Alerts setting without going
through the Outlook Tools menu. Where is this setting stored for Outlook
2003? Any insights would be appreciated.

It completely depends on which type of alert you are referring to and which
setting you'd like to modify.
