Where is a File Reference for Frontpage 2003?

Where is a file reference for Frontpage 2003? For instance, under the
website project directory, there are a number of directories:

_borders
_derived
_derived\_vti_cnf
_fpclass
.... and so on.

In those directories, I have found old (now unused) files and themes as I
have modified the site. I want to clean up those files. It would also help
me debug Frontpage, because it has a nasty habit of not updated theme
graphics, or removing graphics which were deleted from a page.

Open your web.
Recalculate Hyperlinks.
Run an unlinked file report

Delete any unlinked files.

Steve,

Great tip! Thanks.

I would still be interested in technical info on how FP is organizing files
and folders.
