Thanks in advance for your help.
MVP's, this question is for you. I've been an access developer for 10
years. About the time I think I should cross over my skills a new version
comes out and lots of work needs to be done.
I have been writting departmental apps for a long time and I really don't
see a decrease in that need. So here is my questions:
1. Do you forsee access being around for a while (how many versions are in
development now)?
2. Will anything take over that department/division database space?
3. I use access to model applications (build a 3-5 user app and give it to
the web guys to make a 300-500 user system) and build ultra-light apps. Is
there a better tool?
I simply haven't seen a need at this point, with my focus, to work on
anything else.
