I had posted this message a couple of times, and there is
no one take any notice. I presume it is a difficult
question and don't think anyone can answer?
XP home edition SP1 with all security update
Office XP Professional will all security update
Running Exchange Server Extension on Outlook 2002
I was recently reinstall my client's machine, and instead
of using
the old ost files, I had sychronised all my mail from the
server. The only one thing that I cannot sychronise is
the offline address book.
As I had came across this in the past, therefore the first
things that I did was, checking the DS configuation on the
Exchange Server 5.5 Admin screen. And regenerate the
offline address book.
But without any success, the result is I keep getting
error sychronisation log - fail to download offline
address book.
Where I had tested on a different computer and I can
sychronise the offline address book successfully. So it
seems to me that it is a problem with just that client's
machine
Cheers
