Where is "Browse in same window"?

Word 2007

Where is the "Browse in same window" checkbox that is mentioned in
some other posts? (Eg,
http://groups.google.com/group/micr...&q=hyperlink+bookmark+stefan#9ad2746763df636e)

Is this in the various Office programs, or Vista, IE, or what?

When I add a hyperlink with bookmark using Ctrl-K, the target Word
file opens at the top, not to the bookmark. (Actually, when the
hyperlink is in one Word file, the target file opens to the correct
place. Same for Excel to Word. The problem is when it's an Outlook
email message. In that situation, the Word file opens at the top.)

Thanks.

In the thread you pointed to, look at John Blight's post on March 1, in which
he refers to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2003826. In that article, you'll
find that the "Browse in same window" checkbox is only in Windows XP. For
Vista or Windows 7, you're referred to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927009
which contains a FixIt button (or, alternatively, instructions for editing the
registry).
