No eraser in Visio. Although not impossible to implement with vector drawing
tools, that is more often a feature of bitmap editors.
You can, however, slice the rectangle using the Fragment command. Just do
this:
- Draw a line across the rectangle where you want to chop it.
- Select the rectangle and the line
- Choose Shape > Operations > Fragment
This will slice the rectangle. If you want to chop up the line segments,
choose Trim instead of Fragment.
