where is extalert.msi to uninstall extended alert

Hi,

I am trying to uninstall the Office XP Extended Alerts
and it keep asking me for location of extalert.msi file.

Where can I find this file to remove the alert?

Are you using Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs for this action?

Yes, I am.
I went to add/remove, then click remove, and click Yes to
remove, and then the Window Installer window pops up
asking for location of the extalert.msi.

Did you recently clean out your temporary files? Downloaded program folder?
It may be lurking in there. Conduct a Windows search (turn on searching
hidden/system folders) - if you find it, note the location.

Did the search too, but did not find the file.
Is there somewhere I can find on the Office XP CDs, or
resource CD, etc?
