is groove support hidden someplace? there's no discussion of it's own under
the office discussions. The KB seems to be devoid of groove help.
maybe someone here can help or at least tell me where to go for help.
we use groove where i work. I have my account on 3 pc's. Office desktop,
home desktop, and laptop. Use it mostly for file sharing workspaces.
one of the pc's refuses to go online. I can click go online and the tray
icon goes green. But if I go to communication manager everything is idle and
it says it was been offline since the time pc booted.
I tried repair from the office CD. I tried the hotfix in the hope that would
reset something. still nothing.
Once clue - when in com manager i go to network diags the dead pc's ip
address shows at 0.0.0.0 even though it's on the netwrok fine and connecting
to the internet.
I tried the communication troublshooting help page i could fine and
everything seems fine.
