where is msoutl.h

HI,

I'm trying to complie the example outlook automation code @
support.microsoft.com/?kbid-220600
I have outlook 2002(xp) and Vis Studio .net 2003 installed but the
complier complains that it can't from msoutl.h anywhere. I can't find
it by manual search either. Where can I download this from??
