Where is my headers?

This has happened to me on so many different occasions and I don't know
how to get it back...

Normally, I keep "View" as "Print Layout" and see the page with the
print exactly like it is going to come out of the printer. However,
every so often to lose the header so it looks like the cursor is
flashing at the very top of the page and I can't see the margin at the
top or bottom. I am suspecting that it is a short cut key that I am
inadvertantly hitting that is causing this to happen. Can anyone tell me
how to get this back???

Go to Tools | View and select Show white space between pages.
Alternatively, you can hover your cursor at the top of your page and
when it burns into double arrows, click and you should have your white
