Where is my tool bar as in office 2000

In office 2000 a tool bar is provided so you can access a office program
without leaving work you have on the screen. I find nothing like it in office
2003.

There isn't one in Office 2003.. strange thing because I hated that bar with
a passion.. I am surprised that so many loved and now miss it..

Erm, no it isn't because, as Mike stated, IT DOESN'T EXIST! MS saw sense and
removed it from 2003. I was another who couldn't wait to see the back of it.
