Where is my tool bar?

I lost my outlook tool bar that was located in the title area of every
window, this happened when I upgraded from 97 to 2003. I remember that it was
an option to have started automatically and appear on the desktop or any
window open. Doesn't 2003 offer the quick launch tool bar?

No, Windows offers the Quick Launch toolbar. You will find in if you
r-click the taskbar, and pick Toolbars.

Hi, not the windows quick launch. I am looking for the Office quick launch
tool bar (it is very similar to the windows tool bar).

It's history, if you look up "shortcut bar" in Office application Help,
you can access more information and alternatives.
