Where is my tools bar? Tools/organize/colors

I'm trying to go through the tutorial and the first thing it suggests is
color coding your email.. " Go to Tools/organize/colors so you can select..."
Where is Tools????????

This is a newsgroup for the product Microsoft Project. Suggest you
re-ask this question in a newsgroup associated with whatever email
program you are using (Outlook?).
