I'm running A2K on WinXP, and in the past week or so (
roughly the same time I've been trying to install the SP3
patch), I've noticed that when I hit the F1 key, or go up to
the Help menu, while I'm in the editting environment, I"m
getting the Visual Basic help, not the Access VBA help. It
used to be there!
I've tried reinstalling Access, from the Add Programs option
in the Control Panel, but I don't see Access listed as an
installed program, and I don't see it as a component of
Office 2000. But it's clearly on my machine.
When I try to changed components from the original CDs, it
made no difference.
