Where is Office Web Component in ACC2003 ?

I want to add a reference of Microsoft Office Web
Components 11.0 with VBA.
But the reference doesn't display in the reference box.
Do I have to search OWC11.dll on my computer ? Is it
normal ? I can see it with VB though...
