where is outlook 2003 digital certificate stored

I changed my windows login password and after that I couldn't access my
stored digital certificate in Outlook. I tried to export/delete it but I
couldn't. I installed another copy of the certificate, yet I still couldn't
use it.

I guess if I could completely remove the offending digital ID, I will be
able to reinstall the certificate (from thawte) and get back to signing again.
