where is outret.msi

The usual nonsense of having to use a long lost
installation CD to run an update. Hung up on wanting
OUTRET.MSI while installing "OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-
enu.exe" this took forever to d/l and was supposed to have
all software on it for us that no longer have installation
disks or can't figure out which installation disk is
required from the thousands of disks in our library.
Please tell me where I can find the
mysterious 'outret.msi' to d/l and complete my sp3
installation.
