Where is Save My Settings Wizard in Office 2007?

I need to transfer my settings from Office 2003 to 2007. But I notive
there is no Save My Settings Wizard in Office 2007? How is this done?

To be frank I'm not an expert but I don't believe you can. Office 2007 uses a
totally different interface with a quick launch bar and the ribbon rather
than the traditional bar so I don't think 2003 would be compatible with 2007.
I might be wrong though.
