Where is the Add-in (FLDPUB.ECF) for sharing contacts in OLook 200

I am sharing my OLook contacts forlder with my collegues successfully in OL2000Std. But whenever to tried to upgrade to OL 2003, I was unable to share the contacts folder. The reason is above Add-in is not available. I tried by coping FLDPUB.ECF addin of OL2000 to OL2003, but it didn't worked.

Kindly tell me the solution.

Outlook 2002 and above does not support Net Folders.

No. Net Folders was abandoned.
Sharing options without Exchange are very limited:
