Hi Sonia,
Data1.msi is the common name for a key file on CD#1
of all Office 2000 series programs (the name is shared,
but the file contents are specific to each program).
When you're asked for the Data1.msi file look at the
bottom of that dialog box to see what product CD is
needed. It's generally not stored on the PC.
