Where is the file that holds the password storaged

I need to delete the security level of my database back to only the admin
level. How can I do that without deleting my entire database. If there is
anyone out there whocan help me fic the security errors in my database. I
need it to be like when you first built it without any security. Please,
Please HELP me.

You need to log onto your database as a user that has full
administrative permissions to all the database objects. Then you need
to give full permissions to the Users group.
