Where is the file

If you go to the menu bar
It will be listed under Window

Hello everyone
I am using XL2003, and if I open a second instance of XL

the file opens but if I switch to the first instance the
second is gone. CTRL+Tab doesnt work, the only way I can
get back to it is from task manager. How do I fix this?
