where is the filter button while under Contact Manager's Business

I have been looking all day for the Filter Button that lists "simple filter"
and "advance filter" for business contacts. I can locate it for reports, but
that is not what I want. I want to be able to filter through my Business
Contact Manager's Business Contacts. Help would be very much appreciated, got
into a huge fight with my boss over not being able to find it today!
