Where is the "Fit Diagram to Contents" on the Organization Chart?

I am trying to resize an organization chart but when I look in the
organization chart toolbar there is not option "Fit Diagram to Contents."
Where is this option?

Same here, it is missing... Is there a patch?

I am glad that I am not the only one that had trouble with this. I always
keep my downloads up to date, so I am not sure of any patch. My application
book that I have says to use the option but there is no option there. I had
to inform the students to skip that assignment.
