Where is the information entered into the status reports stored

Hello All,

We are trying to create a custom report based on the information entered
into the Status Report. Can any one point me to where the information is
stored in the database and in which table.

Look in the following tables in the published database:

MSP_SR_REPORTS
MSP_SR_RESPONCES
MSP_SR_SECTIONS

The SECTIONS table contains the report text.
