Where is the Japanese extended formatting toolbar in Word 2007?

In Word 2003, when you enable east-asian languages, there is an extended
formatting toolbar that allows you to create phonetic guides in Japanese, to
combine characters and to encapsulate characters. How can I do the same thing
in Word 2007?
