where is the 'Keep shape text synchronized' option

I have a flowchart diagram that has not had the Keep shape text synchronized
option set when the block was initially put in the diagram. I cannot find
this option in any of the menus.

Does anyone know where this option is? I have a lot of these connectors so
don't want to have to re-write them all.
