Where is the Microsoft Word Bug Report Entry System?

If you have found a Word bug which the MVPs have confirmed is a bug, where is
the Microsoft web page where you can enter the bug into the Microsoft bug
report entry system?

I don't know that there is one, but in general the MVP who has confirmed it
will escalate it one way or another.
