where is the minimize/restore button?

Hi and thanks for the help. I am using Office 2003. In older versions there
were minimize, restore/mazimize and close buttons in the top right corner of
normal view. Now I have those buttons for the entire application but for the
presentation I'm working on I only have the close button. Are they out there
somewhere? i need to work on two presentations at the same time but I don't
like the window/arrange option of everything being the same size. I want one
of the presentations to take up 3/4 of the screen and the other to be about
1/4 of the screen. HELP AND THANKS !

Hi Sheri,

The controls that you want are only shown when the presentation window is
not maximized. To get the presentation to go part screen, you will need to
use the arrange all or cascade options from the window menu.

Ctl+F9 will minimize the presentation window within the PowerPoint app
(which then displays the controls you are seeking), if that helps. Ctl+F10
maximizes it.
