where is the Organization Chart menu

I am looking for the Organization Chart menu to synchronize shapes. the help
menu says use the fuction on the Organization Chart menu which I cant find.

I believe the Organization Chart menu only appears if you're actually in an
Organization Chart file. It will show up at the top between the "shape" and
"window" drop down menus. Once you click on the Org Chart menu, a drop down
menu will appear with your synchronize shape feature you're looking for.
