where is the "recyle bin"?

i accidently deleted (i think) a file in Microsoft Picture Manager....it says
that it is now in the "recyle bin"....where or what does this mean?

Bill,
The recycle bin should appear on your desktop. Nonetheless, this
newsgroup is dedicated to questions/issues with Microsoft Project, a
planning and scheduling application. If the recycle bin does not appear
on your desktop, I suggest you post to a general Windows newsgroup.
