Carl

I am shocked that I can't seem to find the redo command and command in office
2007? This is ridiculous. Could you please say where it is

It's on the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of the screen just above the Ribbon.

If you need some help understanding the Quick Access Toolbar do this:

1. Open Access
2. Click the Help button in the upper right corner
3. Maximize the Help screen if it's too small to see things easier
4. In the Help Search box in the upper left corner type this in:

HA01234105

(You can copy and paste it from here if you'd like)

5. Now hit the Search button
6. Access should now list the perfect help topic you need (Result 1 of 1)
7. Click the links to read the help topic on this subject.

I understand everything about the Quick Access Toolbar and how to customize
it. I have already put the undo button there which is quite visible but I
can't see anything about the redo button, I even tried help on redo and it
seem not to have a clue of what I'm talking about. In the 2003 version there
are 2 buttons, undo and redo. What's happening for 2007? Thanks

My apologies for making an assumption Carl.

I can see now that you are running an earlier Beta build of 2007. Most likely Beta 2 I'm guessing??

They changed that whole QAT list since that build.

I'm hoping these steps will work on your build.
1. Click the arrow on the right edge of the QAT
2. Click the option called Customize Quick Access Toolbar on the menu
3. This will take you to the Customization screen (your second screenshot)
4. On the left list box select "All Commands" (or something similar for your build)
5. Scroll down the list until you get to Redo in the "R" section
6. On the right side make sure the list box shows "For All Documents"
7. Highlight Redo on the left side and either double-click on it to move it to the right side or
click the Add button
8. Once on the right side you can shuffle the order by using the up arrow and down arrow buttons
9. Click the Ok button when you're done

Hope that gets you going.
