Where is the Resource Information Button?

I have the Project Professional 2007 on my home PC for a college
course. One lesson calls for me to click on the Resource Information
button on my Standard toolbar. There is no Resource Information
button on my Standard toolbar. There are Task Information and Assign
Resource buttons on the Standard toolbar but their dialog boxes don't
match the one shown in the textbook. I tried in every way possible to
customize my toolbars but the Resource Information button doesn't
exist anywhere. I clicked Microsoft Help but all I got was how to use
the Resource Information dialog box, not where to find it. I want to
ask Microsoft.com but they charge $49 just to ask them a question.
From where can I download the Resource Information button function
without paying a lot of money?

Arcadian,
There are actually three parts to Project's underlying database. One for
Tasks, one for Resources and one for Assignments. In Project, views
normally display data for just one of those object types. For example
the Gantt Chart view is a task object view. The Resource Sheet is a
resource object view. However, the Resource Usage or Task Usage view is
a combination of resource objects or task objects and assignments
objects.

When in a task view, you will see the Task Information button. If you
switch to a resource view (e.g. Resource Sheet), that same button will
now be the Resource Information button.

Hope this helps.
