Sorry, Veronica -

The default location is in All Programs> Accessories when you click the
Start button.

However, you've somehow landed in the Word for Mac newsgroup.

For info on Windows Vista (there's no "Windows 2007") you'd do better to
start here:

It's probably been removed by a malevolent System Administrator.

Removing "Run" is one of the games they play to try to prevent us doing
naughty things :)

Try creating a batch file to bring it up... Create a text file, type a
single line "cmd.exe" and save it with an extension of .bat

Every time you want it, double-click it and the Command window will open.
You can run whatever you like from there :)

Cheers

I cannot find out when I go to programs where the "run" is on this computer?

Thanks! I found the "run" it is in my accessories. Don't know why but someone
sent me to this site, I didn't know if was for mac.office word. I guess I
should have read the above where it says "post in discussion group" but I
really appreciate everyone's help.
