Where is the Script Editor in Office 2007

I cannot find the Microsoft Script Editor in Office 2007. I checked what has
been installed through Add/Remove programs and the script editor has been
installeed - I just can't find it.

Can anyone help, please.

Ok .. the only help prompt I can find in Word or Excel is the ? (Question
Mark).
I click on that and there is nothing about the script editor. The script
editor I refer to is the HTML editor that is available in Office 2003.

What am I missing?
