Where is the SEND button for email messages in Office Outlook 200.

I read all the older emails. I am using Vista Basic and brand new Office
Outlook 2007 and brand new Office Home and Student, 2007.

Do you have an email account configured in outlook? That is required.

The send button is next to the To/From/subject field.
