Where is the Serial number?

I am trying to load the same Office 2007 that I have on my computer to my
laptop.

The problem is that we have multiple boxes of the program at work and I
don't remember which was mine.

How do I find the serial number in my program (can't find an "about" menu
item) and where is it on my box?

I really hate the new boxes - it takes forever to figure out how to open it.
