Where is the Spanish grammar check?

I am using Word for Mac to type documents in Spanish, and therefore it is a big problem for me that there is no grammar check on the new Office 2008 for Mac. Does anyone know why? And if it is possible to buy/download it somewhere?
I used Word 2007 for Windows before, and there were no problems. It had the Spanish grammar check as a standard. Then why is it not on the Word 2008 for Mac??

It is indeed a limitation. You can't download it anywhere and you can't
buy it ROM a third party vendor.
I really hope MS will add more languages and grammar for more languages
in the future.

Thank you for your answer - eventhough it wasn't the answer I was hoping for. Now I will have to sell my Mac and use my old computer instead :-(
But thank you anyway.

Don't do such a rash thing as selling your Mac just because Office for
Mac doesn't speak Spanish.

There are other programs that could more than likely uses Spanish Open
Office, Neo Office and other that probably can you can always use them
to create the document then open in Word to format the document. heck
might can even find on google some Spanish dictionaries that work with
any application from finder level That you could use in word.

That's exactly what Microsoft wants you to do. If they can upset you
with features they have deliberately left to tick you off so you throw
away you Mac and go Back to a PC; they have won. and laugh with glee
when it happens.

If it's "fixed", don't "break it"!

Thank you very much for your reply! I have asked everyone I know, and all of them said that they didn't think there was anything I could do. Therefore I am desperate!
But do you know for sure that Open Office or Neo Office has a feature that can check the grammar of Spanish documents? It would be a shame to buy one of these programs if they have the same problem as Microsoft Office.

I don't know about these two apps, but there might be some third party
apps that will do it. Before they went down the drain, Machina Sapiens
had a pretty good one.
UltraLingua also makes one:

According to them, you could even use it from within any other
application.

And there might be others.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will have a look at the UltraLingua and see if they might be the solution to my problem.
