Where Is Visio 2003?

Just got and installed the promotional version of Office
2003. Great product, but in the documentation it says it
includes Visio 2003 as well. I use Visio quite a bit,
but unfortunately cannot find it anywhere, either
installed or on the CD. Anyone know what is up?

Office 2003 does not include Visio, nor Project or FrontPage. They are
separate products within the Office System 2003 group of products but you
will need to purchase them separately. .

Where is it documented that your "promotional copy" should include Visio ?
