Where on the CD is the file sberet.msi?

Since the last major update (week of April 9th, 2006) I have not been able to
use Microsoft Word. I have dutifully downloaded the updates for Office but
then can't find the above file on my installation CD. I have a slow download
and really don't want to download the larger file.
This is ridiculous! I expect help NOW!!!! AND IT WOULD BE NICE TO ACTUALLY
GET SOMEONE FROM MICROSOFT TO ANSWER SINCE THEY MADE THE PROBLEM!!!
