Where to find XNPV and XIRR?

I'm using E 2003. I have a need to use the XNPV and XIRR functions but they
do not appear in my drop down list of functions. Are these functions that
need to be added to the standard menu of financial functions?

Hi,

You need to load the analysis toolpak

Tools|Addins - Check analysis toolpak

introduces the fewest assumptions while still sufficiently answering the
question.
