Where to get fix: KB 327579

Hi,
Can anybody tell me where I can get the fix explained in
KB 327579? We are currently experiencing the problem as
described in the article.

Contact Microsoft PSS as it says in the article. You will not be charged
for the fix as long as you stick to only asking for the fix and not throwing
in a kitchen sink of questions about other items.
