Where to get mouse driver 3.x so VBA window scrolls.

I have posted the following with no luck so I'll try
again. Mouse drivers 4 and 5 do NOT allow scrolling in
VBA code on my PC. I have the latest everything re XP and
Office 2003.

"Recently I posted a question here regarding non-working
of mouse scrolling in VBA windows. The reply said most
MVPs used version 3.1 (or was it 3.0) mouse drivers.

I have looked everywhere for it but no luck.

BTW I tried 4.1 but no go.

Desperate!"

I didn't find it on Microsoft's website, but a Google search found some
sites that appear to have it available (free?).

Go to www.google.com and type the following search words into the search
box:

intellipoint 3.1 download software
